Cruz Commander

Re Cruz Commander -It’s novel. Good for the South esp the lower South. To change the subject – what’s with Nikki Haley’s response to the State of the Union lies? Sounds like an Obama speech writer ghost wrote it.
Well — he’s got the hillbilly vote. 🙂
Having said that, I think Ted is the man for the job. I have thought right from the start of campaigning a while back that he ticked all the boxes.
What a bugger I can’t vote for him 🙂
Mind you, I could go to Mexico ans sneak across the border ;_0
Hell, don’t go to all that trouble. All you need to do is buy a ticket to Minneapolis/St. Paul international airport, have your Minnesota friend meet you there, and, upon establishing residency in his guest room, (i.e. after you drop your bags on his sleeper sofa) you’re free to vote. (Note, your friend will have to vouch for you, since you won’t have Minnesota ID)
.
Polls close at 8pm central standard time, so plan accordingly. Try to be in Minnesota by 3 pm on election day so that you have plenty of time.
.
(n.b. there may be some slight exaggeration here. But less than you might think)
Don the Kiwi, that country boy has a masters degree and wealth from the duck call business he started. His son Willie as CEO grew the business and with various off shoots of that is worth $20M. The Robertsons are fundamental Christians, conservative politically and pro life and are generous to charities and candidates that fit their beliefs.
I flew into New Zealand on a USN ice station flight in the 70s and was in and around Christchurch for a week. Beautiful country and nice people. I never ran across the equivalent of country or hillbillies even out in the boonies there.
Cruz has the smarts; is not afraid to speak his conservative mind. The ad shows him as a regular guy with a sense of humor.
Oh, SO not fair– he got to go duck hunting with those guys!?!?!
Hillbillies are more patriotic then any dam Yankee any day of the week
Cruz is my first choice.
.
I watch the duck men when I can. They are genuine and good, family people. I appreciate that they pray at the end of each episode. Added bonus, their lifestyle, the uses they make of their freedom, and the weekly prayers likely annoy the few liberals that watch.
.
And, I may immigrate into New Zealand.
Cruz is my first choice, substantially conservative, and smart. The lukewarm, and frequently vomited forth establishment Republicans don’t like him, and that’s a feather in his cap.
