It’s a beautify day here. I remember it that way 15 years ago. It was also the balloon fest, just like it was then.
Still remember the gorgeous, silent, calm, bluebird day in the 1000 Islands, and the intense post-Labor Day isolation; just the staticky distant sound of a radio across the river reporting the horror over and over again. No, we will NEVER FORGET. God rest their souls.
