The line between being an unserious and a serious Catholic can be passed quite swiftly. A Catholic can go most of his or her life regarding many of the teachings of the Church as, at best, a joke. Then something happens through the mercy and grace of God: a personal crisis, the birth of a child, the death of a parent, seeing an elderly Catholic praying the rosary, witness a faithful Catholic bravely, even joyously, facing death, or something as simple as hearing church bells toll. In an instant the Catholic realizes that the Faith is the most precious thing in the world. This is why the Church endures through that simple recognition of ultimate reality.
Well there’s a group that disagrees with this video. They mention it on their website. I found much of what is said on their website to be absolutely baffling.
