VATICAN-POPE-AUDIENCE

Well, this is interesting:

Pope Francis has signalled his blessing to the breakaway traditionalist American church at the centre of the split which has divided the 80 million strong worldwide Anglican Communion over the issue of sexuality.

  1. Good post. The ACNA states that it adheres to the Anglican 39 Articles of Religion. Some are good. Some are not. Examples follow:
    .
Article VI which denies the inspiration of the Deuterocanonicals.
    .
Article XIX which states that the Church of Rome has erred in matters of Faith.

    Article XXII which denies Purgatory
    .
Article XXV which denies 5 of the 7 Sacraments
    .
    Article XXVIII which denies Transubstantiation
    .
I admire the ACN, OAC and other breakaway Anglicans for adhering to Tradition, but they need to return to Rome, hence Anglicanorum Coetibus.
