Kathy Shelton and Hillary Clinton

If Donald Trump had done this you would be hearing non-stop about Kathy Shelton from all media outlets:

“It’s put a lot of anger back in me … Every time I see [Clinton] on TV I just want to reach in there and grab her, but I can’t do that,” 54-year-old Kathy Shelton told The Daily Mail, as Clinton tries to portray herself as a supporter of women and girls during the 2016 campaign.

“I don’t think [she’s] for women or girls. I think she’s lying, I think she said anything she can to get in the campaign and win … If she was [an advocate for women and children], she wouldn’t have done that to me at 12 years old,” said Shelton.

I heard you on tape laughing …. I just want to know, you’ve got a daughter and a grandbaby. What happens if that daughter of yours, if that would have been her [who was assaulted at age 12]?

You would have protected her. You don’t know me, so I’m a piece of crap to you … Who cares about me, as long as you can win your first case as an attorney?

Go here to read the rest.  Go here to read the full story at The Daily Mail.  (Yeah, isn’t it funny that a British paper is running this story.  It is a sign of just how far in  the tank most of the media in this country is for Clinton.)

As a defense attorney I have had to defend some despicable people in my time.  However, I have never laughed about such a case as Clinton did in the above video that is of a recording of an interview with Clinton in the mid-1980s.  Two observations:

1.  Note her fake Southern accent.  Illinois native Clinton sounds as Southern as black eyed peas in the recording.

2.  Why was she talking about the case in the first place?  Attorneys have a strong confidentiality obligation to their clients and I think she breached that obligation at several points in that interview.

Phony and unethical sums up the interview.  Of course Clinton believes now that all sexual assault survivors should be believed:

Unless, of course, they are inconvenient to the career of Hillary Clinton:

Evil is as evil does. We may have 2 really poor options this fall. That doesn’t mean, however, that the correct choice isn’t obvious.

Donald R McClarey wrote, “As a defense attorney I have had to defend some despicable people in my time…”

Advocates in Scotland (and barristers in England) operate on the cab-rank principle; unless otherwise engaged, they cannot refuse instructions.

In criminal cases, this is enshrined in the act 1587 c 91 which provides that “all and quhatsumever lieges of this realme accused of treason or of quhatsumever crime sall have their advocates and procurators to use all their lauchful defences, quhom the Judge sall compell to procure for them in case of their refusal; that the sute of the accuser be not tane pro confesso and the party accused prejudged in ony sute before he be convicted be lauchful trial”

It is seen as an essential protection against political or other pressure not to take a case.

It is sobering to reflect that, in England & Wales and Ireland, it was not until 1836 that those accused of felony were given the right to representation by counsel and then only if they could pay for it. Even in the case of treason, they only acquired the right to counsel (at their own expense) in 1696, more than a century after the Scottish act.

I dont believe Hillary cares a single bit about women and women health issues, that said, i had no idea the evil she was capable of. She was flat out bragging on that tape, that poor little girl was beaten into a coma, she was ripped front to back and will never know what its like to have a child of her own.
Hillary is a sadist, she is a psychopathic, pathological lying narcissistic sadist. she proudly defended a child raping monster.
What goes around comes around, that is the same for democrats as well as republicans, and the things Hillary has done to propel her career, well that kind of karma, lets just say i wouldnt want to be her when her just due comes back around to take her down.
We need to be VERY worried about our children, this is just a precursor to the person who may just win the election, is appals me the big media stations flat out refused to post this woman’s story, what is wrong with them? where are there morals?
They cannot blame donald for this one, this is ALL HILLARY

Donald R. McClarey wrote, “a private attorney always has a right to refuse a case.”
The difference is that an attorney (as I understand it) is employed under a contract with his client, for an agreed remuneration and must follow his client’s instructions.
By contrast, as Lord President Inglis explained in Batchelor v. Pattison and Mackersy (1876) 3 R. 914, 918, “An advocate in undertaking the conduct of a cause in this court enters into no contract with his client, but takes on himself an office in the performance of which he owes a duty, not to his client only, but also to the court, to the members of his own profession, and to the public. From this it follows that he is not at liberty to decline, except in very special circumstances, to act for any litigant who applies for his advice and aid, and that he is bound in any cause that comes into court to take the retainer of the party who first applies to him. It follows, also, that he cannot demand or recover by action any remuneration for his services, though in practice he receives honoraria in consideration of these services… the nature of the advocate’s office makes it clear that in the performance of his duty he must be entirely independent, and act according to his own discretion and judgment in the conduct of the cause for his client. His legal right is to conduct the cause without any regard to the wishes of his client, so long as his mandate is unrecalled, and what he does bona fide according to his own judgment will bind his client, and will not expose him to any action for what he has done, even if the client’s interests are thereby prejudiced.”

Kathy Shelton, thank you for sharing this important evidence. Please don’t forgive rodhog or that rapist. The balance of justice occurs in the Heavens, though we try to bring justice to Earth, as it is in the Heavens, where truth shines brightly. Life on Earth is as unfair as a battlefield where Soldiers go to rescue All-ah-us from villains. We choose to come here to Earth to carry out our missions. Some people’s missions are divine.
Only a few souls on Earth are bad. Most souls are decent, and a few are good. All bodies are good, loving gifts from Mother Nature. Love has the power to defeat evil. Your body is sacred. That rapist’s soul never touched you, or that soul-rapist, rodhog, who tried to gang-rape your soul after that other rapist raped your body.
Our bodies re-generate and carry our souls through this life as the suits of astronauts protect them in the cold of outerspace. Any cell that rapist touched is exfoliated, replaced with new cells. It’s somewhat of a purification system. Plus, there are new clothes, showers, and soap for immediate purification. Love your beautiful, sacred body. You are beautiful, Kathy Shelton.
I told rodhog she’ll be known as the ugliest thing that ever slithered across this Earth. The truth will out. It always does. Let the truth set you free.
