I think the below neatly encapsulates what most Leftists truly think about abortion.  (Every possible advisory as to the video:)

No truck nor truce with the Left.  When the sad comedienne known as Michelle Wolf comes before God for her particular judgment, I pray that she has something grand and good about her life to counter this paean to murder of the innocents.

God Made Me This Way, So I Cannot Sin

The moral logic backing up the statement above, if it can be called logic, leads to amoral confusion. If accepted, it  would

  1. That was totally warped. With a wave of the hand, any discussion of the biology of human development and human rights is swept aside and the argument framed in coarse terms as a selfish entitlement. It can be paraphrased as “Screw you, we’ll do what we want.”

  2. It’s odd. The more New Prolife Christians try to make excuses for the sins of the Left, the more those on the Left seem to go out of their way to insist it’s nobody’s fault – they want these sins, are proud of these sins, and will boast about and celebrate these sins louder than ever to make sure we understand.

  3. I watched a perfectly wretched movie called Your Highness once. (Steve Jablonsky did the music, and he’s amazing, so I thought maybe the movie was worth something. I’ve never been more wrong.) My then teenage son could not finish watching that movie. Yeah, THAT BAD.
    .
I could not make it past the 1:54 minute mark with the above.

  4. Michele Wolf is one of the most classless people that I have ever seen. She is not funny, her humor is vial and giving her a stag is disgraceful. Must we find the most vulgar people to attempt to make us laugh. It was painful to watch, but a friend asked me to view it to see how low we have come.

  5. I recommend to you my song IF YOU’RE HAPPY KILLING BABIES, CLAP YOUR HANDS! CLICK http://www.catholiclane.com/abortion-celebrations/

The LPDLWTs real position all these years has NOT been “legal, dafe, rare;” but “Yes, we knew all along it is a human being and we want a world in which up to the minute before natural birth a mother has the absolute right to kill her child.” Don’t laugh. Those really democrat/liberal/demonic are now saying that it just makes sense that these mamas also have this right until the child reaches about 2 years old, outside their warm unsafe wombs. Guy McClung, Texas

LPDLWTs = Liberal Progressive Democrat Left Wing Totalitarians [I know redundancies over and over, again and again]

  6. Probably the only thing on the Right (for now) that matches the zeal of the Left for abortion is gun rights. Of course, one is expressly stated as a right in our founding document; the other manufactured out of thin air (and arguably prohibited by the text of that same founding document).

  7. Foxfier, Gun rights are also a right to life issue. The Left, in pursuit of other agendas, consider those in the womb, and those who would have the ability to defend their lives, to be expendable. They put us all in a basket of expendables.

  8. My apology Foxfier, for my poorly worded post. Standing alone, my first sentence seems to imply that we differ. I should have written:
Well said, Foxfier. Gun rights are also a right to life issue. The Left, in pursuit of other agendas, consider those in the womb, and those who would have the ability to defend their lives, to be expendable. They put us all in a basket of expendables.

  9. “Those really democrat/liberal/demonic are now saying that it just makes sense that these mamas also have this right until the child reaches about 2 years old, outside their warm unsafe wombs.”
Peter Singer of Princeton University is teaching his students that parents ought to have a right to slaughter their children up to six years of age. Singer was booted out of Australia, then Germany refused to allow him entry, so the USA gave him the ethics chair in Princeton. Ethics.
I imagine this was done to counter the work of the McCormick Chair of Jurisprudence at Princeton Robert George.

  10. William P. Walsh-
None needed, I understood it as support for the point, same as mine was support/expansion for C Matt’s point.
And the ‘basket of expendables’ turn of phrase is quite good.
