And the Circus Continues

The attempted character assassination of Judge Kavanaugh continues.  There have been three allegations today against Judge Kavanaugh.  Let’s take them in reverse order:

  1.  The Fifth Allegation has already been recanted.  Go here to read about it.
  2.  The Fourth Allegation is completely anonymous:  go here to read about it.  Good luck investigating that one.
  3.  The creepy porn lawyer finally released the name of his client.  Go here to read about it.  To call her allegations absurd would be too kind to them.  A former boyfriend said about her today:Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend.A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.

Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed, not long after an affidavit of non-ability to advance fees was filed.

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. “I know a lot about her.”  “She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”  Go here to read the rest.

  4. In regard to the main attraction tomorrow, Christine Blasey Ford we got a look at her polygraph test today.  It is a bad joke.  Two questions, no baseline questions to establish her reactions when she made a truthful statement and made a false statement.  The polygraph examiner discussed the two questions she was asked in advance.  Polygraphs in general are worthless, but this takes worthlessness into an art form.  Ford will not allow the release of the notes of her counselor when she first brought this alleged event up in couples’ therapy in 2012.  She and her husband were in couples’ therapy because they remodeled their house and she wanted two front doors and he did not. (I kid you not.) Go here to read a good article about some of the problems with the Ford tale.

This all reads like a lost movie script by Franz Kafka as performed by the Marx brothers.

The fourth allegation is via a poison pen letter, and should be dismissed as such.

Julia Swetnick is two years older than Messrs. Kavanaugh and Judge. She avers she made the acquaintance of these two in 1980, when they were 15 years old and lacked a driver’s license. The Swetnick home was 20 miles distant from the Kavanaugh home. She never attended school with either of them. She would have earned her high school diploma (from Gaithersburg High School, she attests) in 1980 or 1981 and later enrolled in community college. The community college in question had two campuses, one 15 miles from the Kavanaugh’s home, the other 22 miles from the Kavanaugh home. She says she attended 10 of these parties. You’d have thought she might have stopped at 5 or 6.

I’m not sure what comes next: Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge are really a reptilians who abduct earth women for their alien experiments. Or: Brett Kavanaugh is a satanist who eats babies when he’s not assaulting women.

You know, if my son were a few years older, I would be taking this opportunity to explain why it’s imperative he avoid not only drinking parties, but also democrats, liberals, progressives, socialists, communists, and feminists.

Especially if they’re female.

Add to the list 5. The Man With One Arm comes forward in time to save Richard Kimball’s reputation?

Will the real perp of Christine B. Ford please stand up? A man has come forward who says he thinks he may be the manhandler of Mrs. Ford not Kavanaugh. This according to a talking head who has read Sen. Grassley’s timeline.
Even is this guy is real, it’s not going to clear Kavanaugh in the minds of the Dems and their retinue of crazies.

They are not crazies. They are evil.

Glad Don pointed out the sham of a polygraph test—-no baseline measurements, and only two general questions.

All this because Elmer Fudd Grassley totally lost control of this. Give credit to the Democrat left for very accurately sizing up how to destroy the whole process with Grassley completely befuddled at the helm .

In fairness to Grassley, he has to herd a bunch of cats who care about their own political ambitions etc. far more than they care about things like the truth, Judge Kavanaugh’s reputation, the feelings of Kavanaugh’s wife and children.

In other words, this isn’t just a game. it’s bloodsport. And if Kavanaugh didn’t want to get bloody, he shouldn’t have accepted the nomination in the first place.

As to whether it ought to be blood sport: that’s really up to us as citizens and voters, isn’t it?

(Sez the guy who earlier said he’d rather punish the Republicans for failing, if they fail, than punish the Democrats for getting away with lowering the grit count on our already extra course politics if they succeed.)

We really need a viable third party to supplant either the Democrats or Republicans.

Whether or not Kavanaugh is approved, is really less relevant to the fact that the crazed Godless left has won. No sane conservative, law-abiding, Constitution-loving person of quality, will submit their total destruction to this process in the future. That was the left’s goal and they’ve achieved it. Meanwhile the “approve leftist candidates by default” GOP has just funded Planned Parenthood rather quietly, showing us that we have a double loss to live with today.

DonL pointed out a “double loss to live with today.”

The weak GOP and it’s feeding Worse than Murder Inc. is sickening. We still have a thin chance with Kavanaugh and if he’s disqualified because of the evil bastards than let’s be sure that the sooner a second pick is made by Trump the better. November is so close.

I’m trying to stay positive and look upon this day as a win for the unborn. We haven’t lost.
We will never cave into the filth that is the democratic party. If their lies win the day we will win the month. We will not loose. The unborn are counting on you and me.

With God all things are possible.
He loves Life.

You Can’t Believe Survivors.

Professor Fraud hasn’t appeared, yet. If she does, it’s going to interesting watching this crazy liar try to dance around real questioning.

The first outrageous lie absolutely would have worked – Judge Kavanaugh would have been canned – if GOP squids like Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney, et al were POTUS.

Seen elsewhere: The GOP and the Church have been AWOL in the left’s kulturkampf.

I wonder if this is some sort of Xanatos Gambit where if it works, they destroy a good judge– and if it doesn’t, they horrifically damage actual assault victims.

Not a negligible consideration, seeing as how mostly lefties are caught in the “me too” wave.

“Julie, you been gang raped yet?”
“No. But I’ll keep going to the parties until it happens.”

Sure…

with Grassley completely befuddled at the helm .

See neo-neocon’s on this subject. It’s a reasonable inference that Grassley’s negotiating position with Katz and Blasey was undermined by Republican uberfredocons who insisted they had to ‘hear her out’ or they would vote no. That would be Flake and Collins. (Who, of couse, accept zero responsibility for this turning into a slanderfest).
