After what we just went through a group of Americans would have us believe that you are guilty until proven innocent. How quickly the progressive liberal movement has convinced society that we are a couple State. Unreal.

Nobody knows what’s in the Constitution until our robed overlords decide what’s in it. Kind of like Pelosi, they have to rule on it to find out what’s in it.
But, in fairness, the outsized power of the SCOTUS (and the POTUS) is the fault of Congress. If Congress would do its job, it would curtail the other two branches. But it is easier to pass the buck and blame the other two for everything than actually taking responsibility. Gosh, then they might have to answer to voters!
