PopeWatch: Great Accuser

The Pope continues his efforts to portray his critics as Satanic:

“In these times, it seems like the ‘Great Accuser’ has been unchained and is attacking bishops. True, we are all sinners, we bishops. He tries to uncover the sins, so they are visible in order to scandalize the people. The ‘Great Accuser’, as he himself says to God in the first chapter of the Book of Job, ‘roams the earth looking for someone to accuse’. A bishop’s strength against the ‘Great Accuser’ is prayer, that of Jesus and his own, and the humility of being chosen and remaining close to the people of God, without seeking an aristocratic life that removes this unction. Let us pray, today, for our bishops: for me, for those who are here, and for all the bishops throughout the world.”

Go here to read the rest.  The Pope to his critics:  Shut up, because Satan!  PopeWatch agrees with the Pope that Satan is interested in this pontificate, perhaps in the same manner as when Satan inspired David:

And Satan rose up against Israel: and moved David to number Israel.

1 Chronicles 21: 1

Heaven knows that popes alone have a great capacity to lead the Church into disaster, as  History shows.  However this Pope continually references Satan, so one might be forgiven for assuming that they are on a first name basis.

Why would Pope Francis have declined to answer the dubia – the perfectly legitimate questions from four cardinals asking him for clarity on his Amoris laetitia?

Why does he prefer ambiguity to clarity?

If he chooses to dodge or hide himself from answering his critic’s what in Heavens name is he fearful of?

Fear. (?)
Fear that is healthy, like fear of the Lord, is efficacious to our Faith. What of other fears?
Is Francis fearful? If so, than what of?

Satan loves to paralyze souls with unholy fear.
The soul stalls out. Indecisive and cloudy. Unable or unwilling to clarify an important point in his writings….

Jesuit theologists, the bad ones, do speak of the devil but with an air of superiority and in a way that leaves ones’ mind befuddled and confused.
The devil is a chameleon.
