Very funny clip–a black guy being interviewed and accused of white privilege by a black radio host.. The truth of the matter is that the only privilege is black privilege via hiring quotas, lower standards of entry, etc.
The large engineering company I work for has hired many black male engineers originally from Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana. They’re very good. It’s an obvious way to fill quotas without the hang ups that too many black Americans have. They’re hiring more women too. Some are good, some not. But I’ve noticed that the caliber of white male engineers hired has increased, it’s as if to be hired as a white man you have to be twice as good.
Crazy days in STEM.
When they say, “White Privilege!” I say, “Black privilege!”
When they say “White Nationalist! I say, “Black Nationalist!”

It is ever fascinating, regardless of the video above, that a great many proponents of the thesis of white privilege are themselves lily white liberal progressive feminists. I think that in a perverse sort of way the mantra of while privilege is used to keep black and Hispanic people feeling inferior and to control them. Hey, if whites are so privileged, then a black man can never stand on his own two feet by himself, and must always need special compensation and advantage to overcome white privilege! The hidden lie is clear: blacks and Hispanics are inferior to whites, so things must be skewed to favor them.
Interestingly, according to a graph I found at the Science Chat Forum, white people are only 15% of the world’s population. Yet the text beneath the pie chart states consistent with the white privilege thesis that “White people’s culture appears to dominate the world’s international culture at present.”

Since Asians (south Asians, southeast Asians and east Asians) account for about 50% of the world’s population, I would think that their Hindu, Buddhist and Taoist cultures dominate by sheer magnitude of numbers.
BTW, I have seen elsewhere that the faster population growth (highest birth rate) is among people in Africa:

So tell me: who dominates the world? Whites with their so-called privilege, blacks who have the highest birthrate, or Asians who outnumber all of us?
The truth of the matter is that the only privilege is black privilege
Not so. White privilege is the privilege of owning all your own mistakes, while also own everybody else’s.
Or maybe that’s white male privilege. It’s hard to keep current on Approved Victim Status classifications. Somebody should make a flow chart.
The success of Mediterranean cultures, including all of Europe had to do with a few very simple things:
1. A temperate climate. If it’s too cold human beings are just looking to survive, if it’s nice and warm there’s almost always food available, no coming winter of concern.
2. An inland sea, to trade and learn with other nearby cultures, and unfortunately to war with neighbors -but that did spur the development of much technology.
3. Christianity, life with meaning, purpose, Logos, reason, the Key that unlocks all doors.
4. A healthy marriage culture. No nation on earth has ever succeeded without it.
Lucky, lucky, lucky, lucky.. Yeah those humans just happened to be Caucasian and most happened to have white skin (it’s an available sunlight, vitamin D thing..). If there was ever any truth to white privilege that was it.
– And yes “some” of those Caucasians did terrible things, in other words they behaved as Bad Christians.
Today “white privilege” is used to excuse bad behavior and choices. It’s all very sinfully “human”.

Part of that comes from defining any group that gets successful as “white.”
Annoys me greatly to read a stat about “white” this or that, and then you have to go dig for half an hour to find out if it’s white as in “not black,” white as in not black or “hispanic,” white rather than black or Asian, etc.
To David WS’s point, white Europeans, yellow Asians and brown Asian Indians built great cultures, left great writings and buildings, etc. Sub-Sahara African blacks and brown Australian aboriginals did not. The reasons have nothing to do with skin color or race, and everything to do with what David WS pointed out – I modified some of the points:

4. A healthy marriage culture. No nation on earth has ever succeeded without it.
I really don’t know much history about sub-Saharan blacks, but unlike Egypt, Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, and the great cities of India and China, they left little of permanency from 3 to 2 thousand years ago. And Central American / South American civilizations (Aztec, Mayans, Incas) were so barbaric and backward technologically that they easily fell with the European discovery of the New World.
David WS is right: some Caucasians did some terrible things. But so did the rest of the races. Evil doesn’t care what race you are. Indeed, sub-Saharan blacks sold their own people into Muslim slavery. White privilege? What white privilege that Asians and Asiatic Indians did not have?
A few years ago (when Obama was president, before Trump even declared), I had a argument in a local restaurant with a black lawyer (I’m also black). It was precipitated by his comment about Tea Party. He said something that puzzled me (I wish I had asked him what he meant). He said: ” I don’t want to be a respectable black man”. I’ve pondered the statement, and I think what he meant was “I don’t want to conform my behaviors or attitudes to what white people or western civilization think of as respectable.” I think that’s it, but don’t really know for sure. But it explains a lot, and it’s a far cry from what Revs. King and Abernathy thought and promoted during the Civil Rights era.
