Left wing money machine fires founder:
The Southern Poverty Law Center fired Morris Dees, the nonprofit civil rights organization’s co-founder and former chief litigator.
SPLC President Richard Cohen said in a statement Dees’ dismissal over his misconduct was effective on Wednesday, March 13. When pressed for details on what led to the termination, the organization declined to elaborate.
“As a civil rights organization, the SPLC is committed to ensuring that the conduct of our staff reflects the mission of the organization and the values we hope to instill in the world,” Cohen said in the emailed statement. “When one of our own fails to meet those standards, no matter his or her role in the organization, we take it seriously and must take appropriate action.”
Dees, 82, co-founded the Montgomery-based organization in 1971.
“It was not my decision, what they did,” Dees said when reached by phone. “I wish the center the absolute best. Whatever reasons they had of theirs, I don’t know.”
This is rather like Playboy digging up the corpse of Hugh Hefner due to his sexist views of women. I assume this is a matter of him chasing after females at The Southern Poverty Law Center, because I can’t imagine this grifter organization firing him for financial misconduct. Think about this as the media endlessly cites this fraudulent scam corporation as to whether other groups are hate groups.

Seriously, I wonder if he would of controlled his goons better, say doing the right thing and not becoming an agent for hate, that this embarrassment wouldn’t of happened.

It’s a pantomime. Dees is retiring to spend more time enjoying his pelf. The smart money says donors are getting wise or the accreditors are, and they need to claim they’re cleaning up.
The organization has always been a racket and it tells you something about the methodological limits (or the stupidity or the corruption) of charity accreditors that they give $PLC passing marks. It’s been known for nearly 20 years that they were a direct mail mill and nothing more.

The SPLC fired Morris Dees yesterday and announced it today. Multiple sources have told me that the allegations of inappropriate conduct involve sexual harassment incidents. Multiple incidents that have come to light after an initial recent allegation.

According to the SPLC’s 2016 annual report filed with the IRS,
that “non-profit” has almost $70 million parked in offshore accounts.
Tax expert Amy Sterling Casil, CEO of another non-profit– Pacific
Human Capital, said of the SPLC and its offshore millions “I’ve
never known a US-based nonprofit dealing in human rights or
social services to have any foreign bank accounts… I’m stunned
to learn of transfers of millions to offshore bank accounts. It’s a
huge red flag and would be completely unacceptable to any
wealthy, responsible, experienced board member who was
committed to a charitable mission who I ever worked with.”***
Casio added “It is unethical for any US-based charity to
invest large sums overseas. I know of no legitimate reason for
any US-based non-profit to put money in overseas, unregulated
bank accounts.”
The SPLC is a grift, and nakedly so. Our decadent mainstream
press has little interest investigating them, and continues to use
those partisan grifters as a source on “hate groups” as though
they were actually an honest, non-partisan organization. The SPLC
is a deeply dishonest group, but they couldn’t operate without the
willingness of our equally dishonest MSM to look the other way.

I’ve met folks who would seriously insist that this kind of junk is only a “millennial” thing, even though most of the original actresses are Boomers or GenX, not Generation Y, and some are post-Millennials/Z.
Or the redefinition of “racism” to…well, make it OK to be racist against whites, and Asians, and basically anybody who isn’t fitting the racists’ theories on how race should be expressed, including defining NOT sorting people by “race” as being racist.

That is why in the Book Book of Alcoholics Anonymous Bill Wilson writes that we (i.e., the alcoholics) have only a daily reprieve. The same is true generally of all sin – in this life we have only a reprieve by God’s grace. Concupiscence (like an alcoholic’s obsession and compulsion) still exists. But with each defeat of acting on concupiscence, the disordered desire grows weaker. In the alcoholic analogy, the obsession and compulsion after time can become minimized if not lifted.
