Mueller Report Sent to the Attorney General

The title says it all.  More when I know more.

Update:  3/24/19:

Special counsel Robert Mueller did not find evidence that President Trump’s campaign conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 election, according to a summary of findings submitted to Congress by Attorney General William Barr.

“The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election,” Barr wrote in a letter to leaders of the House and Senate judiciary committees on Sunday afternoon.

That was despite “multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign,” he wrote.

However, Mueller’s investigation did not take a position on whether Trump obstructed justice by trying to frustrate the ongoing investigation.

“[W]hile this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,” Barr quotes from Mueller’s report.

The attorney general wrote that he and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had concluded that the findings of the special counsel were “not sufficient to establish that the president committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.”

The Justice Department leaders reached that conclusion, Barr wrote, without regard to the “constitutional considerations” that surround whether the department can seek an indictment of a sitting president.

Go here to read the rest.  What a colossal waste of time this all has been, courtesy of the people who could  never get over the fact that Trump won in 2016.   Go here to read a summary of the report released by the Attorney General.

My guess on contents: A whole lot of nothing that Democrats will try to make into something.

If they don’t the media will.

The smart money says that there will be nothing of substance in the report but that Mueller and the Democratic donor crew he employed will litter it with phraseology to be used for talking points.

Every person shnagged on a process crime by Mueller and the U.S. Attorneys in New York, Washington, and NoVa should be given a pardon. The various charges against Manafort should be subject to commutation – close to complete erasure where the charges were the issue of selective prosecution (the FARA charges) or largely derivative of charges selectively prosecuted (the money laundering charges). As for the tax charges, how serious can they be if the Justice Department declined to prosecute them ‘ere Manafort’s employment by Trump came to their attention?

A good outcome would be if Congress were to break up the Department of Justice into components, break up the FBI similarly, and scarify the federal criminal code. Congress doesn’t produce good outcomes. Ever.

Time to take the gloves off – Mr. President. The American people want to know the full origins of the Russian dossier, who was responsible and who misled a FISA court.

The lying idiots at ABC are still squealing the “what if’s.”

They will not be held accountable except by the 10% to 30% of moronic Americans that don’t know the fake journalists are always lying about 94% of the time.

Another reason to vote Trump 2020: he may indict Barack Hussein Obama, crocked corrupt Hillary, and dozens of other America-hating deep state/totalitarians that actually committed federal felonies and surreptitiously deployed state police powers to try to squash the will of the American people.

T Shaw + 1

Was Trump Sec. of State when incompetence killed Ambassador Stevens and others? Was Trump the incompetent liar who swiped the server or lost 30k emails?

Just how many mysterious deaths surround Bill and Hillary Clinton?

Justice will prevail. Maybe not in this valley of tears but it will prevail in the end.

I swear that deep in the eyes of some (not all but some) of these media “experts and journalists” there is a serious soul wrenching going on in from having to calumny, detract and produce the approved narrative all the time.

What’s torturing their souls is this: (Is it really worth the money?.. I hate my job.. )

Now the “all these kingdoms are mine” moment for Trump. There are so many dangling from the tree of justice they will offer him clear sailing, probably reelection, to just walk away. They have no idea who they are up against.

I think BO was careful to deal through intermediaries and act without a paper trail. The bureaucracy seems pleased to do things in the interest of the Democratic Party without much prodding. Some time ago, I read a brief memoir by a conservative activist on his organization’s dealings with the Federal Election Commission during Lois Lerner’s tenure there. It was Lerner herself harassing them. The abuse of tea party organizations during the period running from 2010-13 wasn’t her first rodeo. The crooked DoJ ran out the clock on prosecuting her and other bad actors at the IRS.

You just knew that Mueller’s report was going to have substance to it than Gertrude Stein’s Oakland when they released on a Friday night.

It impeded an IG investigation of the cabal in the Dept. of Justice running an espionage operation on the political opposition and impeded an investigation of the Clintons and their money-laundering operation.
