Lawfare

I have spent the past 37 years at the Bar.  During that time I have seen courts grow ever greater as a force in this Republic, almost all to the bad.  The last people who should be in charge of public policy are Judges.  Courts exist in a completely artificial world, where Judges wield large power with zip responsibility if they rule poorly in a case.  We have allowed activists groups, in league with activist courts, to hijack these humble fora for resolving mostly criminal cases and private disputes, and transform them into Platonic Guardian centers of ultimate power, where blacked robed lawyers issue edicts to elected officials.  This of course is completely antithetical to the system of government established by the Founding Fathers in which the Judiciary was to be the weakest branch and play a fairly modest role.    The usurpation of power by the Judiciary lies at the core so may problems that bedevil us, and until this usurpation is addressed and reversed we are condemned to sow the wind in so many areas of public policy.

Um, yes. And being a secretary is a rather lowly job in an organization. Just ask Josef Stalin.

Judges called “Justice” because they are the worldly personification of God’s perfect Justice, have taken to mouth the zeitgeist, the worldly notion of culture instead of the Godly world of Justice.

Not going to happen until Congress starts impeaching and removing hacktivist judges. Start with any judge who’s opined that President Trump can’t do the things his predecessors could do, up to and including the Chief Justice.

Except for the Supreme Court, federal courts are creations of Congress and can be eliminated by Congress.
State courts will differ from state to state.
The power to act is available. Doubt if it will be used.

Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution gives Congress the authority to establish a new Court of Appeals. If President Trump gets a majority and strong leadership in both houses of congress in 2020 Congress could break up the Ninth and establish an additional Appeals Court…the 12th. from the Daily Signal

Ummm…the Republicans are to be trusted little more than the Democrats. Dont forget that Trump had a Republican Congress for two years. How much of the wall was built? Was Planned Parenthood defunded?
