Uh-huh:
Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein died overnight in an apparent suicide, law enforcement sources told the Post Saturday.
A gurney carrying a man who looked like Epstein was wheeled out of the Manhattan Correctional Center around 7:30 a.m. and headed to New York Downtown Hospital. A call for a reported cardiac arrest came in at 6:38 a.m., Fire Department sources said.
Go here to read the rest. So let’s unpack this. A billionaire accused of running a pedophile ring involving high ranking members of the establishment, including Bill Clinton, commits suicide within weeks of being incarcerated awaiting trial. Somehow the facility where he was being held, even after one alleged suicide attempt, did not have him under 24-7 observation to avoid suicide or murder. You don’t have to be a conspiracy theorist to arrive at the conclusion that this stinks to highest Heaven.
Arkancide, I believe is the term?
Livia Drusilla Augusta would be proud of Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Arkancide…very good.
The Clintons leave one hell of a wake behind them.
What a legacy.
This is a toss-up, for it’s entirely believable that a man of no morals faced with losing a lifetime of wealth and reputation would end it all on his own. On the other hand, because Clintons are involved the suspicion that “other arrangements” were made is hard to disregard.
Will the media ever stop misusing the term pedophile?
And why would any of us ever be so naive as to expect earthly justice for our ruling elites?
It’s suspicious, of course, because of past events and Epstein’s “connections.” But let’s remember that he did apparently attempt to commit suicide earlier. If that earlier event was not a real suicide attempt, would not Epstein have said something to his lawyers? Or am I being naive?
Let me ask a question. If Epstein was on suicide watch, how did he get the stuff to commit suicide? Did someone throw a rope into the cell with a note, “Love, Hilary?”
Epstein will face his victims sooner or later, but face his victims he will.
Epstein’s first attempt at ‘suicide’ could merely have been a warning to him to keep his trap shut and that even in prison he’s not safe from the ‘others’. Apparently he didn’t keep quiet because as Bob said, how can you be on suicide watch and commit the act without anyone seeing….seems like another convict might have been paid big wampum to visit Jeff in his ‘unlocked’ cell and the staff paid a lot more wampum to look the other way for a bit.
Within an hour after Epstein’s arrest Wikipedia altered its bio on him by dropping any reference to Bill Clinton. I have the side-by-side for reference but not able to paste in this forum. Additionally shortly after today’s suicide, Wikipedia inserted a little snip: “Suicide Watch”: “An intensive monitoring system to ensure that a person, except for Jeffery Epstein cannot attempt suicide.” Similarly, after the Charleston protest Wikipedia altered its definition for Patriot to only include a theme of: “White Nationalist” and “Radical Conservatives”. After being called out on it they stopped defining Patriot in the singular, only using hyphenated-patriots. “They” have eliminated the “theory” aspect of this conspiracy. Hopefully enough information was acquired to incriminate his sick associates in DC, Hollywood & any where else they prey.
I’ll wait eagerly for Michael Moore to do the factual documentary, so I can find out what really happened. (and I already heard that it is not true that they found Jussie’s rope noose in Epstein’s cell.)
It was the Russians! The Russians did it.
Let me ask a question. If Epstein was on suicide watch, how did he get the stuff to commit suicide? Did someone throw a rope into the cell with a note, “Love, Hilary?”
He apparently was taken off suicide watch. I have seen reports, unconfirmed as far as I can tell, that the camera in his cell “malfunctioned” so there is no video of his “suicide”.
Blindfolded, hands tied behind his back, two bullet holes in back of head. Yes, sure enough – suicide plain as day.
I hope whoever investigates looks at financial input to prisoners, guards and prison officials.
You can hope, but remember,
Top Men
Those of us who lived during the Clinton years here in Arkansas have seen this same scenario play out over & over, again.
In the early 90s, it took less than 48 hours for a state policeman, who was going to testify against Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones’ case, to die “of an apparent suicide” in a motel room.
“It’s suspicious, of course, because of past events and Epstein’s “connections.” But let’s remember that he did apparently attempt to commit suicide earlier. If that earlier event was not a real suicide attempt, would not Epstein have said something to his lawyers? Or am I being naive?”
You are being niave. They had literally placed Epstein in a cell with a very rough dude the first time Epstein supposedly attempted suicide–who may or may not have “assisted” in the attempt.
We will now be treated to the usual game of changing focus from “whodunit” to “who’s responsible for not watching him closer”.
Then we’ll hear: mistakes were made–let’s just move on.
Ernst, when you made your comment about “The Russians”, did you know that “Morning Joe” has in fact made that claim on MSNBC? With a straight (and oh-so-serious) face.
Hey, the only way we ever get to the truth about Epstein and his doings is to convince Jerry Nadler that the key to successfully impeaching Trump is in that case. So I say we encourage Scarborough and all the rest to think that. As far as I am concerned, Putin had Epstein assassinated in order to protect their most valuable deep-cover asset, code name Dealmaker.
That would probably sound better if it was in russian.
Speaking of, well not suspicious but at least intriguing, events, what’s this I hear about Trump considering a commutation of Gov. Blago’s prison sentence? Not sure what to make of that…. though Blago has already done 7 years and 14 years did seem a bit excessive for the crimes he was convicted of.
IMO as an IL resident, Blago was NOT “railroaded” in the sense of being convicted of crimes he didn’t commit — he really was a sleazebag — but the stuff he did pales in comparison to everything else that’s come out about the Deep State in the last decade. At least he didn’t kill anyone directly or indirectly, which is more than can be said for his predecessor, George Ryan, or the Clinton Crime Family for that matter.
Myself Elaine I am indifferent to whether Blago gets a commutation. He was certainly guilty as sin. However his sins were venial in comparison to those you cite. If he gets out I wonder if the World’s Dumbest Billionaire a/k/a Governor Pritzker, will be eager to have more phone conversations with him?

I like your reasoning!

If one tenth of what suspected of him is true, a man of his “talents” has enough dirt on powerful people to fill the Grand Canyon. Such a person leaves jail one of two ways: trade on that information (i.e., blackmail for reduced sentence) or pine box courtesy of the folks on whom you have info. You don’t “suicide” when you have that much leverage and no remorse – but you often get “suicided.”
