Down the Crapper

Sorry, couldn’t resist:

An 18-karat solid gold toilet worth more than $1 million was stolen early Saturday morning from a British palace that was the birthplace of Winston Churchill, police said.

The Thames Valley Police department said it received a call about the burglary at the Blenheim Palace just before 5 a.m.

A 66-year-old man has been taken into custody in connection to the crime but authorities have not located the toilet, an artwork titled “America.”

A work of art by an Italian artist. I dunno…maybe it’s just me but it seems to be a far cry from the likes of Da Vinci, Raphael or Tintoretto. At least it’s gold.

The case of the golden crapper caper brings to mind the Johnny Carson copper clapper that Claude coped.
Either way, trying to fence a golden crapper is going to be some job, especially for a Roto-Rooter specialist.
Might be best to flush the whole deal and turd himself in.

(sorry)
