Take that, Karen!
You should/should not/live in California:
You’re under 24/7 surveillance by the smugly approving pro-autokrat-State-types—-not everyone in the neighborhood by any means , but the typical two or three Gladys Kravitz-style snitches who will try to rat you out if you have an out-of-state license plate they think hasn’t been timely switched in-state, if you let your lawn sprinkler stay on too long, and now if you’re outside talking with a neighbor and they don’t think you’re far enough apart. They are also using [China-made] drones here to spy on gardeners and residents “illegally” gathering in their own backyards with more than the “allowed” number of people and incorrectly “socialist-distancing”.
There’s something really beyond annoying about having a neighbor steering their cell phone at you all the time, trying to catch you.
Fortunately, now, we spend as little time as possible in our California house and mostly live in a free and open low-cv red-state far beyond the reach of Party Presidium Secretariat Newsom or even worse, the witless Whitmer—-although supposedly conservative Gov. Doofus Ducey (AZ) Has shown there’s really no difference between the parties in many instances.
We are so close to Orwell’s State we cant even grasp it.
